Psychological safety and Stress: relationship and tips on dealing with them

October 25, 2023 @ 8:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Learn how to manage your stress levels to increase your own feeling of psychological safety.

Lean In helps women achieve their ambitions and helps companies build inclusive workplaces where women of all identities are supported and empowered.

An important facilitator to create such an inclusive workplace is the perceived Psychological Safety by the people in that workplace.

In this talk, our speaker Tessa, will explain what Psychological Safety is, what Stress is, how they are impacting each-other and what you can do to manage your stress levels to increase your own feeling of psychological safety and that of the people around you.

About Tessa van Nes:

She is a stress coach and meditation trainer.

She has worked for over 25 years in large corporate organizations in different leadership roles. During her career she has had her share of stress😉. After successful treatment for cancer in 2020, she realized stress had become part of my system and she decided to change that. She started experimenting with different mind-body methodologies and used an EEG machine to measure the results of her experiments. Today, she feels a different person:

“I’ve got more peace of mind, I feel more positive, effective and happy.

I wish that for everyone, so I decided to support other people that are experiencing stress at work, to find relaxation in their body and mind.”

Join us for this talk to become a little better in creating the sense of safety for yourself and others.
