November 22, 2019 @ 9:30 am 6:30 pm

BE THE CHANGE, challenges both speakers and attendees, men and women, to redefine leadership.

Why This Conference?

Changing times ask for new narratives for the future. The world is facing unprecedented complex challenges, while decisions keep on been made by homogeneous groups. Now is the time to change the narrative of leadership as well.

It is time to create a new definition of leadership that allows for everyone, men and women, to bring 100% of themselves to the table and leverage their unique strengths, to make better business decisions and build a more balanced society.

LEAN IN | Netherlands wants to be a catalyst for this urgently needed change, therefore we are bringing together an impressive set of thought leaders, companies, scientists and government to reshape the future of leadership in NL and thereby building a more balanced society.

We challenge you and all leaders from all backgrounds to come and redefine with us the meaning of leadership.

In addition to listening to our inspiring speakers, you will benefit from a packed program that will send you home with a practical toolbox (including a well-stocked goodie bag!) of concrete actions you can make to be the change yourself, whether you’re the CEO of a multinational corporation or an intern at an NGO!
