50 Ways to Fight Bias – Train the Trainer session

June 29, 2021 @ 8:00 pm 9:30 pm

Learn to facilitate the 50 Ways to Fight Bias training, an activity that helps you combat the biases women face at work.

Lean In Netherlands has partnered with www.we-rise.co to start a journey to deliver the 50 Ways to Fight Bias to as many people as possible.

During the second semester of 2021, we will be hosting a monthly free training to empower people to identify and challenge bias head on.

Why are we doing this?

One year into the pandemic, we’re in a moment of crisis for women. Millions of women have been driven out of the workforce by Covid-19. Many more are struggling with burnout and considering downshifting their careers or leaving their jobs.

To avoid unwinding years of progress toward gender equality, we need to act now to promote, hire, and retain women. Combating the biases women face at work is critical to getting this right.

Knowing that bias exists isn’t enough. We need to take action—and Lean In’s 50 Ways to Fight Bias program can help.

Do you want to join our mission?

Become a 50 Ways to Fight Bias trainer and help us to reach as many people as possible. Every month, we will need volunteers to facilitate the training’s group activities (breakout room conversations). Each breakout room will have between 5-10 participants, and you will be supported by our events team all the time.

During this Train the Trainer session, you will get familiar with the program and learn all that you need to know to facilitate the group activity.

We need you.
